Soc. Coop. Ballarò is particulary proud of the service offered over the last years managing both Student's Hostel Gowett and its Home Restaurant Della Rocca.

Since spring 2015 the company also runs the SANTA BARBARA RESTAURANT the Official Dining Point of San Silvestro Park.

Located next to the Ticket Office and the Temperino Mine entrance, it's open concurrently with the Park opening days. In daytime it is a cafeteria where you can drink hot and cold drinks, eat an ice cream, a snack or a sandwich. As dinig point, it's also serves light lunches.

At dinner you can enjoy specialties of Italian regional cuisine in a new and innovative formula: special menus at fixed and cheap price prepared with local products.

Inside the Restaurant there's a selling point of Cornia Valley products such as: wine, oil, jams, honey and more.
